Baobab - The Tree of Africa This wonderful image shouts out "life" with a warm glow of optimism.
Taken whilst on a trip to stay with the Samburu tribe of Northern Kenya in an area known its wide vistas & desert bush landscape in the dry season. But this tree is a true survivor, living hundreds of years & growing to a great size. Known as the Tree of Africa and sometimes The Upside Down Tree.
